- A diplomat at the Cameroon High Commission in London has been stabbed to death, police confirmed on Monday.
Kitts Mbeboh, 60, the second Counselor for Cultural Affairs, was found lying in blood at his home in Greenford, West London on Sunday.
Paramedics discovered the diplomat with serious injury after someone had dialed emergency service numbers. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died. A post-mortem examination linked his death to a single stab wound.
London's Metropolitan police arrested a 28-year-old man on suspicion of the murder. The suspect, believed to be a relative of the diplomat, has been questioned by police in North London station.
